Locker Drop-Off

Use this form once you have left items in one of our lockers and need us to start the order.

We do not take payment upfront. We first check what you have left, then send you an itemised invoice with a secure payment link. Work starts once payment has been received.

If you are an existing subscription customer and only need to tell us which locker you used, email lockers@thecleanbean.co.uk instead.

Used Clean Bean Before?

If you have used Clean Bean before, including on the previous site, go to your account and enter your email for a secure sign-in link before submitting your locker drop-off.

If not, carry on as normal. Locker drop-off still works without an account.

How It Works

1. You leave your items in one or more lockers and submit the form below.

2. We empty the locker during our next working shift and confirm what you have left.

3. We email you an itemised invoice with a secure payment link.

4. We clean the order after payment has cleared and email you again when it is ready to collect.

Important Notes

We always aim for the ready date you request, but it is a guide rather than a guarantee.

Dry cleaning is temporarily unavailable while we move to a new provider, so it is not part of the active locker menu right now.

If you use more than one locker, please use the same PIN for each locker and list the extra locker numbers in the form.

If you used more than one locker, use the same PIN for all of them.

What Are You Dropping?*

Dry cleaning is temporarily unavailable while we move to a new provider. Laundry, ironing, and duvets are still available as normal.

Standard laundry defaults to 3 working days. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days.
